One of the worst things that can happen to your computer is when you lose your own data. It can happen without warning and unless you have everything completely backed-up then you're in the unfortunate situation where you risk permenantly losing some data. If you are in this situation then call us immediately, as we have experience in recovering data from such disasters.
However, things may not be as bad as they first seem, just because Windows doesn't boot it doesn't mean that all your data is lost permenantly. If the hard drive, the storage device inside your computer, on which all the files are stored is operational, then there is a very good chance your data can be recovered.
Even if your hard drive has developed a fault your data can often be recovered at minimal cost by using special techniques. The data will then be transfered to a backup device and returned to you for your continued use. In the worst cases where the hard drive isn't functional, it may still be possible to recover all or some of your data but the drive would need to be examined and a quotation for data recovery provided.
